My friend is booked is booked under IPC 326 on 16 feb 2010. He hit a person with bamboo stick and victim was hospitalized for 2 days, however the injury was minor and he got a false statement from doctor saying grevience in nature. now victim is not ready to compromise. My friend was abused from victim twice before the case. My friend has supporting documents that the victim has abused and case is not filed against victim. Please any one can suggest what my friend has to do? My friend has appointed a lawyer and my friend has to do now to come out of the case?
Please suggest, you help highly appreciated.
