Dear Colleagues, As we are aware, Madras High Court had granted interim stay on the opreation of Industrial Disputes (Amendment) Act 2010 for 15 days in Oct. 2010... No further reporting was made in news papers or otherwise.... Can anybody please inform me regarding the position of stay as of now... regards
