Dear Sir,
I have appointed one lwayer to fight my case in small causes court. As mutually agreed between us, i have paid him the full fees through cheque. Since last 4 dates my lawyer is not appearing in court on behalf of me. She is also not responding to my calls.
What are the options available to me?
Should i change the lawyer ?
How to recover the money from her?
Any body or authority where i can complaint aginst her ?
Any negative implications of changing the lawyer on my case?
