police verification on Railway job.

I was acquitted on a Criminal case (U/S 307). And now i am select for Railway Technician. Whether it will be problem create for me joining as i give details on Attastation Form. Are Railways Refuse to accept the details and postponed my joining ? Please give me some good solutions
