Police verification

What is meant by "payment of fine under court of law "asked in attestation form?
Does traffic fine comes under this?

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies what 'payment of fine under court of law' means on attestation forms, particularly concerning police verification. It explains that paying a fine for minor traffic offences like speeding or not wearing a helmet generally does not result in a criminal record. However, paying a fine after fingerprints have been taken and a formal dossier opened may lead to a criminal record.

s soon as the person's finger prints have been taken and a formal dossier opened, the person will get a criminal record if he pays the fine. Paying a normal speeding fine, however, does not fall under this rule and will not land you with a criminal record.
