Can anyone advice,
Can police pick anyone for inquiry purpose under section 380 without warrant and torture the person by keeping him in custody for over tow days?
I would need to know if it is legally permissible to police even for general inquiry purpose after a similar incident taking place, can they pick the person they know is under trial for the same reason (380 Case), if yes, what can the person do to save himself in advance if he is already innocent and struggling hard to get the already under trial case sorted.
