This is to inform you that I live in a Three Storey Apartment in Shalimar Garden Extn-I Sahibabad.
There are 4 persons in our Apartment who always threaten to cut water supply if we do not pay for the chowkidar which is not compulsory as ours is not a society flat, and this has no connection with the water supply from the submersible pump as all are paying for water.
According to property documents all flat holders have right to water and electricity and it is written on the property documents given buy the builder. Since the builder is dead these people are taking advantage
Therefore I request you to kindly send me draft copy of police complaint letter as I want to lodge a police complaint with the Chowki Incharge, Shalimar Garden Police Chowki, Shalimar Garden Extn-I, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad-201005 and get an FIR registered against these people who unnecessarily try to harass innocent people in our building.
