It will be highly appreciated if you can help me out with my problem.
My wife has filed 498a case against me and very soon CS will be finalised. I have got an offer to work abroad, for that I will require an Police clearance certificate.
I would like to know that will I get PCC or not?

Can I get a PCC even if the case pending upon me is written on PCC?
