Police asking for death certificate in accident case

Alok pl. give complete facts of the case , how you are saying your uncle is murdered by his friends and his second wife have you any proof of it will you clear some points 1. where is his first wife , had she any children if yes their age 2 . how his second marriage solemnised arrange or a love marriage, how old was the marriage and the behaviour of both for eachother . 3. reason of your believe she had murdered him with his friend . 4. any eye witness , 5. what postmortem report says about cause of death 6. what sort of weapon used and it recovered or not 7 any arrest done by police 8. sections in which fir is lodged . if you are confident and having proof of his murderer and police io is defending them then contact to sho police and get his attention on your theory if he too not listen then contact to ACP police / DCP police of your area /district and convince them on your story and proofs.

She is creating lots of drama in his first wife home where my grand father and grand mother with his three child is residing and second wife has some illegal relations so we dont allow her.we think its a planned murder with the help of police and doctors.now police is asking for death certificate.is it required in accident case. we think they have murdered my uncle and now they may be requiring death certificate for claiming accidental insurance.

Alok till now i didn' t understand how your uncle died when , where and in which condition you got the deadbody of your uncle , now you are saying that police and doctor had murdered your uncle in a planned manner , otherside you are saying it was an accidental death , pl. tell why, how and what for police will murder your uncle and who is claiming his accidental insurance . legally his first wife is the only person to file the claim and get all the claim as per norms .

on .25th nov.my uncle mr.subodh came to our home at rz-96,gali no-8,durga park,at around 8:00 pm after 5-10min. two person (i.e. mannu and goli) came and take him along with them.about 1:00pm in night mannu came and inform our family member that subodh is no more with us he got injured in an accident.my another uncle went to deen dayal hospital and after inquiring we got to know that my brother is no more with us.we didn`t able see him as he was in mortury. when i reached home and called the police,then SI vijay pal from sagar pur police station came to our home and take our statement and told us that this case belongs to hari nagar police station and we need to inquire from SI dinesh singh of hari nagar.When we reach hari nagar at 7:30am in police station si dinesh singh told us that he will meet us after 4pm. Sir i want to bring some facts in your kind knowlege that day before yesterday my uncle told his wife that he is getting the warnning from heena second wife and adv. vijay yadav that "if you will go to your first home then i will kill you".heena is the lady who is having illegal relationship with my uncle subodh and residing with adv vijay yadav. So in this case murder is transformed into accident. Now suspect it may be muder case as police didnot inform us at time of accident and police delayed the matter and post martem has happen on 27th nov . police did not able to provide the R.C and helmet of my uncle. Its looking these people kill them and put in half dead condition on the road and they breaked head light of bike. Now police is asking for Death certificate my question is that if police has the postmartem report then why they require the death certificate. i also suppose their may be some accidental insurance for which murder was happen .
