Dear Friends ,
I am a builder and I have got power over a property in 2012 , The land owner who gave power is alive still , My bank is asking whether the land owner is still alive .
they are asking me to print it on Rs.20 stamp paper - Power Of Atorney Still in force -
Can anybody help me with a format for the same.
