Pleaseee advice & help!

Hello,

This is regarding my best friend. She was doing a job for 2 months
after which she was not able to continue as she was facing lots of
problems at her work place which was leading to immense stress. So she
took her salary which was credited on 3rd of July & emailed her letter
to quit the job. She recieved a mail from them that she is supposed to
pay one month salary (within 15 days) as mentioned in appointment
letter orelse they would take following actions:
(i)Display your name, photograph and complete address on Company’s
website as one of the absconding employee.
(ii)Advertisement in the news paper with your photograph as absconding employee
and
(iii Legal course of recovery of salary with costs there on

 Please help and advice!

Hi,

 

Please go through the contract with the employer. If there is anything mentioned specificaly regarding the notice period to quit the job, she should be obliged to comply that.
