The stage of evidence itself is divided in four substage - petitioner's witness examination, petitioner's witness cross examination, respondent's witness examination and respondent's witness cross examinatio. Number of dates involved will depend on the number of witnesses and there co-operation court procedure by making promt appearance on fixed dates.

After evidence is complete there will be stage of argument. Then at last order.
