Dear All Experts please give your view,
If Mr. X having self acquired property make a registered will and dont want to give his property to his son and his wife as his wife and son not living with him for more than 27 years , divorce petition is going and his son attempt a muder case and is in jail under section 307 trial going on and now his wife too is inovled in mudering the same person and she too is in jail for the last 16 days. the person who was mudered had made both son and wife dismissed from his immovable /movable property and published it in the newspaper also.
Is publishing in newspaper has some validity?
Than who will get the propety in that case ?
Can they challenge the will ?
What action should be taken in this case
Please give ur advice
