Physical possession of a property by bank

Presence of borrower during Physical possession of a factory by bank against a loan is mandatory or not. If yes then what is the ruling?

aftr whole research u will come to here only : r u wiful defaulter, if yes or not, no forcible action by police is permissible to evict the borrower from building !

u will be in side, if taking possession !

but if u r present in factory in wid un-consent, they r not eligible to evict u forcibly ! u can take advance direction in your case from HC !
