Physical posession of property

A person breaks into his property after it has been sealed by a bank. What punishment will he attract and under what section of IPC will he be prosecuted. The property is the persons property who has broke into property

If the property has been sealed under a Court's order, then it is a cognisable offence and the person can be jailed.

If it is sealed under court order then inform it to court then court will take action against them.
