Physical harassment

How can wife file Physical harassment case? My In-laws having some pictures which I have not seen they said we have proof that you beaten our daughter. Whereas I never harm her since we get married.

Is that possible to picture any wound and show it as curtly. Is that acceptable?

what is legal way of medical? Please suggest what should i do if they take any step..

showing wound pictures will establish hurt to the person provided the pictures are taken in such a way that the face and the wound are visible etc

now, there would be multiple questions

a) when did the incident happen?

b) What caused the wounds?

c) if someone beat you, then who is that person?, how will she prove that husband beat her? any witness, any neighbours present

Let them file the case, the burden to prove the same before the court will lie on them, that time you can challenge the same by properly cross examining her, which in my opinion, she may stammer and blabber about the creation of such a story to avenge you, which will help you to get out of the case freely.
