Phone ownership

Experts,

I am fighting a matrimonial ltigation against my wife.

I'd like to produce the Court the document which shows the ownership of a telephone number by the wife.

Can you please tell me how do I obtain and where do I obtain that document?

If you know your wif's number then summons the telephone company nodal officer and tell him to product the CDR for last 6 months

By that way yu can prove the ownership of the phone
