hallo every body. i m going to take criminal action against joint sub registrar class 2 maharashtra. but as he is a public servant as per Sec 197 Cr.p.c. permission of state Govt. is necessary. So please suggest me that the right authority to whom such permission should be obtain. e g Dist registrar or chief secratory of Maharashtra etc.
