Pension issue

If a State University Professor is in a regular pensionable job and all through the service his GPF has been deducted, will he be a pension benifeciary legally? What recourse can he take if he is denied?  Are there any High Court judjments to support his argument? If any, please share.

If the professor's pension is denied, they may have several recourse options:

  1. Internal Appeal, 2. Judicial review, 3. Administative Tribunal,
  2. There are several judgements on GPF and pension benefits to professors. To provide a  or specific answer, it would be helpful to know the specific state and university the professor is associated with, as well as the relvant rules and regulations governing pension benefits in the jurisdiction.
