Just 2 Days B4 The apex court gave a judgement in the case of " ATUL MOHAN BINDAL", As i dont know details of case, (Except the Case Name) . Now i just want to know whether the judgement is favourable to the assessee or Dept. Pls Clarify with the case details. Thank you
