Payment for father through netbanking to purchase car, if benami,

Son pays car dealer through netbanking from his bank account on behalf of his father who bought the car as his father didn't have netbanking, as a family arrangement, father and son already had joint FD before the purchase by which son was already compensated. 

 

Will this transaction attract Prohibition of Benami Transaction Act?

Just asking if this type of transaction does violate any provision of prohibition of benami transaction Act.

No, such transaction do not attract the provisions of Benami Trasaction Act, 2016, which you might have gone through before posting such question paper.

Yes, said transaction does not comes under the purview of Benami Transaction.
