The flat below mine has a leakage in its ceiling.
i am getting the plumbing totally revamped in my bathroom , which is probably the cause of this leak.
I am going through a lot of inconvinence for this .
Do i have to shell out 50% of the costs incurred?f( i have not made any alterations in my flat)

You need to clarify the question. What kind of a flat is it? A GHS society flat / builder's flat / local development authority?

it s ageneral housing society flat, on ownership basis.
