Kindly guide me this O.M is applicable to employee recruited under non-executive/non-officers in CPSE from other CPSE as My existing PSU is denying to give me this benefit.I am fighting for the said cause for last 12 years..my joining date is 30/07/2009 , same time they have given Pay Protection to 7 officers And descriminating between Officers and Non-officers...Or Please Provide me copy of any guidelines/O.M that states " Pay Protection is for both eligible Officers and Non-officers as per G.O.I guidelines
