To all respected Seniors, I am getting a job as a mine labor on compensation background in BCCL after the death of my father in 2012, hardly I worked for a month I left the job without providing any information for higher studies. At present, I am preparing for various government exams and selected for same and at the time of the interview, they required NOC from the present employer.
my quires are.
1. is I am still counted as an employee of that organization as no termination or dismissal letter provided ??
2. What if I do not provide the details about past employment as there are no salary slip generated, no aadhar attachment, no tax returns, no pran account.
3. Is in the police verification they do check about my past employment???
