Passport seizure

 

Whether Passport can be seized in NI Act Proceeding ? if yes, please refer the sections of the concerned Act and the Judgments of the Apex Court, if any?

No,   passport  can  not be siezed in starting stage of case.

No and not possible. We have seen terrorists been given a Royal Treatment by our Courts. Moreover goons have multiple passports. Before using law you must also consider the ground realities and our hopeless judiciary.
