Passport

Sir

Applied for re issue of passport,

A case is pending in the court U/s 420,506 R/w34 IPC

District court treated complaint as civil in nature and granted bail, hence

I have also not referred this in my Passport application.

The case has not come for trail since 2012

I have submitted undertaking as per GSR 570(E)

Office is asking circumstance under which you had supressed the material

information in the passport application.

It is also asking for final judgement copies as you are still under trail in the court of law.

Please guide me in this regard

You may get notice from Passport officer. Give answer correctly in writing.

Received letter from the passport officer asking as follows

Passport Office is asking explanation regarding circumstance under which you had suppressed the material information in the passport application.

Passport officer also asked for for final judgement copies as you are still under trail in the court of law.

Actually it was a private complaint, motivated by the police department.

I have submitted undertaking as per GSR 570(E)

Please guide me in replying to the above

Sir, case has not come for trail even after lapse three years.

Submit your court written statement which you filed in the court and give answer to the passport officer for his notice.
