Can a partnership firm which is a judgement creditor file execution proceedings if it has ceased to exists or has not followed, complied with provisions of partnership act.
The partnership firm has not furnished any documents or not filed any status with the sub registrar. Can it file an execution proceeding through only one partner(total 5 partners) wherein two partners have died, one has relinquished his claim. Kindly guide.
