partition - reg.

a house jointly built up at dum dum..kolkata...whose land was registered solely in 3 brothers name...my father was one of them..who died on 2017.

now my two uncles not want partition...all documents with them.

i want partition..please advise..what should i do...

File suit for partition in civil court.
