My name is Dinesh Kumar and I have question related to the parking problem in Delhi. I live in Rohini where Sector 3,7 and 8 are made in a squear shape area where people in living in the corner of the squar have parking issues. The people who have their plot in the middle do not park there vehicle properly whichi create problem for people who are living in the corner.
What are the legal right of such people have where the govt space is occupied by one individual for their own use and barr other from using it.
