Parking issue in pune

Hello sir,

I am having parking issue in my society in Pune. We have 20 parkings available in society for 25 flats. The flat owners has booked the covered parking by providing amount to builder while purchasing and there is no parking space left in society.

Now, I don't have parking space to park my 4 wheeler. There is one space in FSI, but, it is not legal to have parking allotment there. They have agreed to allow me parking there, but, society is asking the high rent amount for that. And society has created a rule, that all should park the vehicle only in alloted parking space, otherwise legal action will be taken.

What should I do in this case?
