parking issue in co operative hsng society

I MRS KAMLESH ASHOK JAIN..a resident if mumbai is living in my bldng namely sita kutir..since above 20 years and the then commitee haf given me a parking space in the bldng..bec our bldng is an old bldng the parking spaces were alotted on mutual consent and since then evryone would park in their respective parking slots with mutyql cooperation..in 2016 my daughter got married and the frequency if my car was once every 2 -3 days or 7 days....irrespective of whthr my car being there or not i have been paying the parking charges of the bldng evry month and have no default payments... the secretary of the bldng changed and all of a sudden without any notice / resolution or informing the commitee members just verbally asked smone else to park in my parking saying the said person has been guven the permission to do so frm her end....i came to know of this only after one day when my brother came home and saw the concernd persons car in my parking.the secretary then cme shoutinh at my brother saying from now on u can park anywhre but not in the parking whre you have been prking for 20 years bec i gave smone else the permission to park in ur parking area just bec ur cars frequnce has reduced...she fought woth my brother that day and was very rudw to him as well...she says in this bldng no specific areas have been alotted to anyone to park...so my question is that if noone is guven any specific space then the entire society should have forst comr firsr serve basis which is a rule only for us and not for the others..one day when the other person removed his car frm my parking i parked my car abd then the secretary calld me and askd me to remove my car from there...shes causing mental harassment to me as am a single lady living here alone...also am not literate enough to wrte letters to them...this email has been written by my daughter...pls guide me on wat to do...thanks

If you have been allotted an open parking space in writing this can not be altered unilaterally.

bec its an old bldng...no specific place has been allotted in writting...but on mutual understanding evryone has been parking in specified palces for thr past 16 -20 years.....howver if i park in any other parking im asked to remove my vehicle saying mr xyz needs to park there so my question is if parkings are noy allotted then let evryine do first come first serve basis
