parivarik batwara Property and business

We are 5 brothers and our parents are alive. I don't live with them since my study. I'm youngest son of my parents. All properties are purchased by mother and father name (acquired property). They have pre-planned how to distribute each other. All 4 brothers and parents are distributing the property and business except me. They are giving me very small part of property in other place (Khet me). They are not trying to give me where my all 4 brothers got property & business (shop, flat & home). They made Parivarik Batwara Vibran in white paper and signed by them except me. i did not signed any paper at all. What should I do to distribute in equal with 5 bro? can I get property and business in equally? Request please advice.
