My mother own a land which worths 1 Lakh in present day .
We are 2 brother and one sister ,
I have started construction of a house and the total investment will be 20 lakh
now I intend that the said property ,the part of building be given on rent and get a regular income and by brother or sister will be allowed to stay in the building free of cost .
please suggest me what additional documentation or procedure be be done so that non of my brother and sister can claim the financial benifits from the building and can sell the building since the total investment is done by me .
