panchayat approvals

I'm going to purchase group house but SBI not to give loan because panchayat approvals ended on 7sep2016, but given time for renewal into APCRDA upto 30sep2016. but now constructing group houses are getting approvals with this date of 30sep2016
1.my doubt is how can approve panchayat at the date?
2. APCRDA Wil take any action in future?

'Buyer Beware' applies to property deals.

It shall be appropriate to get proper legal opinion from a very able LOCAL senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/property/civil/DRT matters and well versed with LOCAL applicable rules/laws and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt , before signing or making payment.

This may cost some FEE but can defend long term interest and hard earned monies.

You may try by getting authenticated copy from construction group and by showing the approval/renewal to lender.

The best approach is to get proper legal opinion in writng from your own LOCAL counsel as already posted above.
