Hello Sir / Mam, I really wanna know 1. We stay in pagadi system house in Elphinstone West. 2. Where we are staying its not the landlord land its the land of Holy cross High school church trusty. 3. Landlord were taken land on lease for may be 100 year which has been finish the lease. 4. We every month or six month give the rent and we get the reciep on which there is not the register no. 5. Holy cross high school church trusty pay the land tax and landlord whose lease has been finish pay the asscessment tax to BMC. More to say and ask...
