a cultivated land in district hooghly registered in 2 brothers name (by dalil) but in the LR porcha on line showing all 6 brothers name.
please advise me :
1. is there any deceive from legal point of view
2. who has the right of ownership of land
You have to take title and search report of the land to know about the titie and transaction over land for past years.
