Ownership / redevelopment issues

Dear Sirs,

I own a bungalow which is under my possession since 33 yrs. It is part of the building society but is not attached to it as it has a brick wall boundary separating it from the building society and has a separate entry from the main road. I have been paying the society charges since 33 yrs but they have never repaired or painted my property when they have done to their building. All repairs and maintenance has been my responsibility for my property. As I have separate water / electricity connection / drainage.

Now the Society is planning to go for redevelopment the property card has the society's name on it and as per the present land layout plan of the plot it shows the society building and my bungalow but not the wall separating the two structures.

How do i separate my bungalow plot from the Society Building plot ?

Will i be reconstruct my bungalow again?
