Out of court settlement

DEAR RESPECTED LAWYERS

 

KINDLY EXPLAIN HOW OUT OF COURT SETTLEMENT IS DONE..I HAVE COME TO SETTLEMENT WITH OTHER PARTIES..AND THEY HAVE AGREED TO IT ...NOW WE NEED TO MAKE A FFFIDAVIT...PLEASE LET US KNOW DO I NEED TO HIRE A LAWYER FOR THIS?

AND WHAT IS THE COST OF IT APPROXIMATE?
