I want to know, what is a "Oral Will" and does it applicable in property transctions ?... My father is enjoying possesion of a property for morethan 40 years, since my grand father died and no claim to the property made by his sisters or their childrend as of date. However, I was made to understand that my grandfather made a Oral Will, ie declared to everyone in his death bed, that the property belongs to his Son. The property was self-earned property of my Grand Father. My father;s sisters have now died. Is it possible for the sons/daughters of my father's sister can make any claim over the property ?... how do we secure the property ?
