i brought a property approximately 15 years back n registered it in name of brother in law/co brother (i.e. my wifes sisters husbands) .
with an oral agreement in presence of my brother in law(wifes brother) tht he would return the property in few years but stil he dint return the property and disagrees that he had ever promised to return.
we have witness for this oral agreement is there any chance of getting the case in our favour? and get our property back?
