Only Need Expert Advice - Acquittal On Benefit Of Doubt Vs Civil Service?

If a person had a section 397 against him, he was acquitted by the court in the benefit of doubt. So will it be considered eligible for UPSC(IAS/IPS?)

Section 397 IPC attracts a punishment of 7 years or more in jail. Hence acquittal on benefit of doubt is not enough for UPSC.
