online marriage registry after mutual divorce

I would like to know when can i do marriage registry online Or offline after the final hearing of dissolution of previous marriage under mutual divorce petition..specifically i would like to know how early I can do the online or Offlline registry...is previous divorce paper required to do the next marriage registry? anyone please send me the detailed procedure.. thanks.. avik sengupta.
