one time settlement

Does KSFC has any one time settlement policy for the unit which is suffering closure from a breach of fruitful contract of business from the only supplier of its raw material.

Contact concerned authorities and negotiate with and press them whether they r ready to one time settlement of lump sum amount which Ur ready to pay..bargain with them and settle it.

well i tried sir, but they say they have no policy of one time settlement and can not give me any type of relief from the interest charged.
that's why now i am looking for help from anyone outside KSFC.
