Today we see many webseries and many people on YouTube and social media platforms use obscene words / Slangs then why they are not booked under this section -
Section 294 of the Indian Penal Code lays down the punishment for obscene acts or words in public
How big platforms are publicly publishing such obscene webseries, why they are not booked ?
Please explain.
