Objectionable discussions on mobilephone

The case is between A B & C: A is the owner of mobile phone and having SIM registered in his name. B & C are relative and frequently speaks on mobile of A on objectionable topics such as politics, religion etc. In case of recording of their discussions what action can be taken against B & C and also what is the liability of A in the instant situation. Whether the case comes under IT Act? Pl examine the issue and guide properly. Thanks in advance.

If any crime is being committed over phone then responsible person is liable for action.
