Bank has sent notice under Sec 13(2) & 13(4) with the Descripttion of the Property wrong, in the Schedule of Assets.DRT has given stay on proceedings.Can Bank proceed on same notice,or they have to correct the 13(2) notice before proceeding .Does the law of limitation set in after two years from initial default as the first notice appears defective.
