Well one of my friend has not paid his last broadband bill of 3300 which was wrongfully charged by Aircel last year.
Aircel never rectified it and my friend didnt paid it.
So Aircel hav delivered him a notive U/S. 403, 405, 406, 420.
askin him to pay the due amount or they will lodge an FIR under above mentioned sections.
