not issuing experience certificate

i requested for experience certificate from the company but management is denying at this juncture what can i do?

Quick Summary
If your employer is refusing to issue an experience certificate, you have several options. Start by sending a formal written request with a deadline. If this is ignored, consider sending a legal notice. You may also be able to file a complaint with the labour court or pursue a civil lawsuit. It's advisable to consult with a local legal professional for tailored advice based on your specific situation.

Hello

First, send them a letter requesting for the Experience certificate and set a time frame for the receiving of the same. If they don't reply or comply with your request you send him a legal notice requesting the same.

You can also file a civil complaint under the section of labor laws in labour court. You can also file a civil lawsuit in courts.
