I work in public sector.I got promoted in 10/17 and since then my pay slip has not been issued by headquarter although required papers have been submitted. they are delaying the process on one pretext or other.I have got a family to support and recently I had an operation which is causing much financial problem.where can I complain.
firstly file a representation to your department with copy to concern ministry. you can proceed under Insolvency code 2016 if the due amount is above Rs. 1,00,000/- in NCLT.
