Hello all
The gas dealer had come to my residence for supply of the booked gas (afer the usual delay of about 6 weeks). But as we were all out of station it could not be collected. The dealer not ready to issue the cylender to us directly from the shop and tells that they will supply it when they make the next trip some 3 weeks later.
Please tell me about the rules related to this type of problem. What action can I take on this , as absence at residence is usual in the working hours for employment purposes.
